What is the Cross but heaven when Jesus Christ is on it?

I keep myself indifferent to the will of God. As I'm only seeking and keeping Him contented, what does anything else matter?

The will of God is spiritual food that strengthens the soul who willingly gives herself to Him.

Is there anything good, beautiful or true that we can think of that would not be in Jesus?

Because we are so miserable, we become attached to sensible fervor, to experiencing the love of God sensibly, and often we go to prayer in search of the sensible consolation of God but not for God Himself.

Let's not belong more to anyone than to our sovereign Lord. He is the only one capable of satisfying us. His love is infinite. It knows no limits.

Speak to the Most Holy Virgin heart to heart. When you feel lonely, gaze at her and you will see her smiling and saying to you, "Your mother never leaves you alone."

We'll know the intensity of His love by the love we have for our neighbor.

Love is the strength that helps us accomplish even those things for which we feel the greatest repugnance.

I am happy and shall never cease to be so because I belong to my God. At every moment I find in him my heaven and an eternal and immutable love. I don't desire anything but him and this love grows in my soul inasmuch I see myself introduced in the bosom of his divine love and adorable perfections.

Our Lord kept nothing for Himself when He loved me from the wood of the Cross. And will I give myself to Him by halves?

Strive to get to know Jesus who is the intimate Friend of our souls. In Him is found the tenderness of a mother to an infinite degree: comfort to those who are suffering, strength to fulfill our obligations. Gaze at Jesus annihilated in the manger, on the Cross, in the tabernacle. There He tells us how much He loves us.
