In our spiritual life, whether there is a fog or a thunderstorm, or conversely a very gentle light, we are always dependent on god's mercy. once it has caught hold of us, it will never let us go.

If you know how to accept the trials, worries, sufferings, and fatigue arranged by God throughout the days and hours of life, you will practice a lot of asceticism, and you will not have to look for more of it.
